Creator-business applications

Your application stays private.

We use what you send to review the opportunity and contact you about it. Submitting does not sign you up for a mailing list.

Who is responsible

Kai Shapiro is responsible for the application data collected on this page. For questions or a privacy request, email kai@global8group.com. Include your receipt or the email address you applied with so we can find the right entry.

What we collect

Your name, email, role, creator or business name, and the answers you give about the opportunity, audience demand and support needed. A public creator link and your location are optional. All other fields are required to review the application.

The record also includes the submission time, a random receipt, review status and limited source labels, such as LinkedIn and the application campaign. We may save the referring website’s hostname, but not its full page address. We do not add a raw IP address, device fingerprint or inferred location to your application.

If you introduce someone else, share only information you have the right to share. Tell them about this notice. Do not include private contact details about other people, sensitive personal information or confidential business materials.

Why we use it

We review potential creator-business partnerships, assess whether our capital and operating team could help, keep track of the review, and reply about the proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to business opportunities that people choose to submit. You can object to this use by contacting us.

People review applications. This form does not send your answers to an AI model or make an automated investment decision. We do not sell applications, share them with advertisers, or publish your proposal as a case study without asking you separately.

Who can see it

Kai and authorized members of the operating team who need it for the review. Applications are saved in private Vercel storage and viewed through an authenticated review page. They are separate from First 60 tool responses.

Submitting does not create a confidentiality agreement, an exclusive relationship or a commitment to invest. Send a short, non-confidential overview first. Any partnership, confidentiality arrangement and commercial terms would be agreed separately.

How long we keep it

The application record expires 180 days after submission. A daily cleanup removes expired entries, so an entry can remain until the next daily run. Changing its review status does not extend that period. You can request earlier deletion by email.

If we begin a separate business relationship, any records needed for that relationship will be handled separately under the applicable agreement and notice. This page’s retention period covers the original application record.

Hosting and site measurements

Vercel provides hosting, private storage, security and cookieless web analytics. Hosting providers process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Provider service logs are separate from the application record.

Our application analytics use fixed labels, such as “started” and “submitted”, to measure whether the form works. We do not put names, emails, free-text answers or receipt numbers in those events. Vercel also collects site usage information under its own retention practices.

Vercel may process service data outside your country. Its privacy policy, data processing terms and analytics privacy information explain its processing and transfer safeguards.

Your rights

Where data protection law applies, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact kai@global8group.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
