I work on what happens after the idea.
I work with creators on the products and systems behind their audiences. That might mean building a tool, shaping a launch, writing the page or fixing the way a sale happens.
I run creator businesses.
And I build things.
I’m Canadian, based in Cannes, working across creator businesses, launches and AI. I come up with the idea, then get into the pages, tools and systems it takes to make it work.
The work changes. I might be finding out what an audience wants, building a tool for a launch or fixing the system behind it. AI helps me move faster. The decisions are still mine.
The Machine Behind You is where I share that work. kAI Lab holds the tools and experiments. The stories show how they came together. My talks take those ideas on stage.

What can someone
actually do with this?
I have a master’s in childhood education from the University of Toronto. That background shapes how I think about learning, development and making an idea understandable.
In my work today, that means building things people can use and explaining them in a way that makes the next step clear. If somebody opens a tool and can’t tell what to do next, I haven’t finished the job.
