Read it. Use it. Build.
Work through the ideas and tools on something you want to make. Leave each part with a next move you can actually take.
The Machine Behind You / Coming soon
The book
is coming.
What could you build with what you already know?
I’m bringing together what I’ve learned building AI tools, products, launches and creator businesses. The Machine Behind You is for people in any field who want to turn what they know into something others can use.
It will show you how to choose a problem, make a first version, test whether people want it and build from what you learn. The digital experience will give you tools to do the work as you go. A physical edition may follow.

Inside the book
From what you know
to what you can make.
You might have an idea, a skill or a way of solving a problem that other people need. The book will help you work out what to make from it, then put a small version in front of real people.
I’ll use examples from the businesses and tools I’ve built. You’ll see the decisions that mattered, what happened when we tested them, and how to apply that thinking to your own work.
How you’ll use it
Whatever your field.
You might create content, lead a team, teach, consult or have a skill you want to turn into a business. Start with what you know that could help someone else.
The digital experience comes first. A physical edition may follow.
The ideas are already in motion. See the thinking behind them and try a tool I’ve built.
