The thinking behind the work
You don’t have to wait to make it real.
AI has changed how much one person can build. Your experience, taste and judgment give that ability a direction.
The machine behind you
Your brain chooses.
The tools help you do it.
You know something about your industry that other people miss. You’ve noticed a problem. You keep having the same idea. That’s a useful starting point.
Now you can research it, build a small version and put it in front of people without waiting for a large team. The tools make execution faster. You still have to decide who it helps, why they should care and what to change when it doesn’t work.
One example: I built a system that spots interested people during our webinars, checks whether they’ve already bought and passes them to the sales team. That gives the team a next step while the interest is still there.
How I test an idea
Find out before
you go all in.
Ask people
Start with the audience’s words. What are they trying to do? Where do they get stuck? What have they already tried?
Watch what they do
Give them something small to use. Notice where they return, what they ignore and where they need help.
Look for commitment
Test a clear offer. Payment, a booked pilot or a real next step tells you more than a polite compliment.
