You have an idea. What would it take to build it?
I speak about what I’ve learned building AI tools, products and creator businesses. I want people to leave thinking: I could actually make that.

Your Brain.
What could you build with what you already know?
I use examples from my own work, including the tools I built for AT Frenchies and the decisions behind their launches. For creators and professionals wondering where to start with AI, the aim is to choose one useful idea, work out a first version and know how to test it.
- Choose a problem worth solving from your own experience.
- Use AI to research and build a small first version.
- Test demand before committing to a bigger launch.
- Keep your judgment involved when the machine sounds convincing.

Created and hosted by Kai
I created Creator Economy Room Paris.
I hosted the event and taught there, bringing together people who work across creators, brands and business.

From an audience online to a theatre in Los Angeles.
I organized an event for Alex and Tom of AT Frenchies, with Naz Perez interviewing them. People applied for a seat and told us why they wanted to come. We filmed the event so it could keep reaching people afterward.
That’s the kind of work I draw from on stage: an idea, the decisions that made it happen and what we learned.

What happens after attention?
Followers can introduce people to your work. An offer and a launch give them somewhere to go. A practical look at the decisions and systems behind a creator business.
Build something useful.
A working session for teams ready to move from experimenting with AI to choosing one real problem, mapping a useful pilot and deciding how to test it.
Make it fit your event
Leave with a next step
you can actually take.
Keynotes introduce the thinking through real examples. Workshops give participants time to apply it to their own work. Onstage discussions connect AI and creator businesses to the questions your audience is already asking.
For a company workshop, we can start with a problem your team is already trying to solve. Send the event date, location, audience and format. We’ll shape the session around what would be useful to them.
